Yes — siblings or housemates stay in the same sleep area together if they're comfortable. We charge a small sibling discount instead of full per-dog pricing.

Can you give my dog his medication or insulin shots?

Yes. We routinely handle insulin, thyroid, joint, and anti-anxiety medications. Please bring written dosing notes from your vet so we follow exactly what they prescribed.

My dog is reactive to other dogs — can he still board?

Absolutely, and we appreciate you telling us. Reactive dogs get separate walking times, a private sleep room, and meals away from other guests. Many of our happiest repeat boarders started this way.

What if my dog doesn't eat for a day or two?

First-night nervousness is normal and we watch closely. If your dog skips more than two meals in a row, we call you, try a few approved tricks (warming food, hand-feeding), and loop in the vet if needed.

Can I extend the boarding if my travel plans change?

Yes, subject to availability. Most extensions are easy if you let us know within 24 hours. We confirm and continue without disruption to your dog's routine.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 48 hours before the stay for a full refund of any deposit. Within 48 hours, we retain a small holding fee since we'll have turned away another booking for your slot.

Day boarding is a brilliant option for Noida dog parents who work long hours or have construction at home — drop your dog with us in the morning, and pick up an exercised, well-fed, content dog in the evening. It's also a great way to start with us if your dog has never boarded before, because they get to know our team and space before an overnight stay. Overnight and holiday boarding is for travel — anything from a Friday-to-Sunday trip to multi-week stays while you're abroad. Both formats include three structured walks (or playtime for small breeds and seniors), meals on your dog's usual schedule, and a sleep area away from other dogs at night.

A typical day looks like this — morning walk between 7 and 8, breakfast, a long nap (most dogs sleep 12-14 hours a day and ours genuinely get to), a midday walk and sniff session, light play, lunch if your dog eats two meals or a chew, an afternoon rest, evening walk between 5 and 7, dinner, and then quiet wind-down. Reactive or anxious dogs are walked separately. Senior dogs get shorter, more frequent walks. Puppies under 6 months get extra potty breaks and aren't walked outside until vaccinations are complete.
